Quinn Foley has over ten years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, and transaction advisory roles. He specializes in financial modeling to support capital raises, acquisitions, buyouts, corporate expansions, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of helping companies raise capital, increase ROI, and improve operational and financial performance.
He initially worked at Equinox Securities, a boutique investment bank specializing in PIPE financing, where his analysis and modeling services played a key role in the funding and growth of various early-stage and small cap equities in sectors ranging from biopharmaceuticals and consumer goods to energy and tech.
After Equinox, Quinn transitioned to a full-time position as an independent contractor and consultant, providing research, analysis, and financial modeling services for start-ups, small businesses, publicly traded companies, and private investor groups. Quinn’s experience in a multitude of industries has equipped him with vital skills and knowledge that enable him to provide informed, ROI-enhancing services, whether it’s a simple cost analysis or comprehensive business plan. Since 2020, he’s consulted on over $800M in capital market transactions, including IPOs, M&A, and VC raises with prominent SaaS, FinTech, and HealthTech companies.
When he’s not working Quinn enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing soccer. Quinn graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Occidental College in 2013 and earned his Financial Modeling certification in 2014. In 2015 he passed the CFA Level II exam.
